These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Fixro (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and apply to all customers using Fixro’s website, booking platforms, or services. By using Fixro’s services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

1. Services

Fixro provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for Computers, Laptops, Printers, and CCTV equipment. All services are performed based on mutual agreement between Fixro and the customer.

2. Service Bookings

Customers must provide accurate information (name, phone number, address, equipment details) when booking services. Fixro will confirm appointments based on technician availability.

3. Charges and Payment

  • Service charges vary depending on location, equipment, and nature of the work.

  • An estimated cost will be shared with the customer before starting the service.

  • All payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Fixro accepts payments via cash, UPI, or online methods.

4. Service Warranty

Fixro offers a service warranty of 7 days from the date of service unless stated otherwise. Should any issue arise within the warranty period, Fixro will rectify it at no additional cost, subject to inspection and verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fixro will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data caused during repair or installation.

  • Damage arising from pre‑existing conditions of equipment.

  • Losses resulting from circumstances beyond Fixro’s control (natural disasters, equipment failures, external incidents).
    Customers are responsible for data backups prior to service.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the confirmed service time. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be subject to a nominal cancellation charge.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising from services rendered by Fixro shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state in which Fixro operates.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fixro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via the website or direct communication.
